The initial intake appointment is $175 and each subsequent session is $150. I am able to provide Superbills for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Check with your insurance about your out-of-network benefits.

Yes, I do! I will allow you to decide if you would like to incorporate your faith into treatment. However, you do not have to be a Christian to work with me.

CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is a type of talk therapy to help address your thoughts and thought patterns. Addressing your thoughts and beliefs affects your feelings and behaviors.

MI stands for Motivational Interviewing, which is a type of therapy to address motivation to change. It utilizes your own goals and motivations and helps to empower you to push past barriers to move forward.

DBT stands for Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which is similar in some ways to CBT, but focuses more on acceptance, regulation of emotions, and interpersonal relationships and interactions.

Telehealth or virtual therapy has been shown to be as effective as in-person therapy, but not everyone is best suited for it. We can discuss your needs and goals and determine together if it is the right fit for you.
